Steve's full name is Steve Borovini, he has been in the band since their formation in 1993. He left as the band's drummer in 1999 because he felt he had other commitments that needed to take priority, but Fast and Huey accepted this and found a great new drummer in Mackie.

Steve is now a formative member of Needledrop - a duet combining Steve's atmospheric instrumentals with the vocals of his partner Amanda - and he has his own sideline project, C.C. Jones. His debut release ‘Goodbye Demons’ is “primarily old school inspired rock tunes, complete with a funky groove.“
